The Votavi product

So, we had a lot of postings in this blog about the technical challenges for Votavi. But that is not what Votavi is about, the idea for Votavi started as an easy way for people to share questions with all kind of responses. And this led to the second thought about how to make such a platform commercially viable. Well, it turns out Votavi offers an excellent opportunity for marketing and interaction with customers. In the following picture I will explain the product:

The product solves a couple of challenges. First of all, the interaction happens via Votavi, so no sharing of user data. The other is the interaction itself, it gives a lot more information than a ‘like’ and you can interact with the customer based on their choice. And this via a very simple and fast interaction.
